Paul joined Skyhook Structural Engineering, P.C. in 2001 and has 31 years of experience in structural engineering design. He manages the Asheville, NC branch office.

He graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering in 1993.

He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia,Kentucky, Mississippi, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

He is a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and American Concrete Institute (ACI).
